God’s Hide and Seek of the Heart

A quiet reading

God plays hide and seek, a lover teasing the soul, hiding just beyond our vision.

We search the heavens, the earth, the chambers of our own hearts, tasting the sweetness of absence.

This is the sacred play of lila. Without the hiding, what would seeking mean? Without separation, how could reunion open us?

Shiva and Shakti are not apart. Their dance turns within us. Longing becomes the fuel that lifts us toward remembrance.

We wait in sweet anticipation for the veil to rise.

Then we stand before the divine, no longer seekers but lovers reunited, whole in the knowing that the game was always awakening.
