On routes where secure submission is not active, the site falls back to a prefilled email draft that you send from your own email app.
If you use the secure brief route, the information you enter is used only to review your situation, decide the best next conversation, and reply. It is not sold, and it is not used to create a public account or put you into a public marketing flow.
Direct Email Contact
If you choose the email fallback or email Michael directly using the contact links on this site, your message is handled through your email provider and Michael's email inbox. The information you send is used to review and reply to your inquiry, evaluate fit, or continue the conversation you started.
