A quiet reading
Not everything that touches you is meant to stay
Some things move through you like wind through leaves stirring your stillness shifting your roots showing you you are alive
And though you long to hold them the truth is some gifts arrive only to set you in motion
You felt it, did you not the pull in your chest the ache that was equal parts beauty and goodbye
Love that did not bind but beckoned
Moments that were not anchors but launch pads
And still your soul whispered Go
Even if it meant letting go of the very thing that woke you up
There is a sacred kind of courage in following what stirs you especially when it stirs you away from what once felt like home
To say yes to your expansion often means saying goodbye to your comfort
But your heart was built to wander toward what lights it up
So when something moves you even if it moves you away bless it
Hold it like wind in your lungs then exhale with grace
You are not betraying what was You are honoring what is
And somewhere in the vast unfolding every goodbye you whispered will become a trail of stars leading you home to yourself
Take a moment before choosing what comes next.
