A quiet reading
They told you the answers were in the stars, in ancient texts, in the breath above the mountain. Yet some nights the universe feels nearer, curled beneath the skin.
The body is not a machine to conquer. It is a map drawn in breath and habit, in the way a shoulder rises, in the way the feet remember rhythm. A tremble may be fear, relief, or simply a body moving through the hour.
In the curve of your back, old seasons leave their weather. In the cadence of your steps, there may be an echo of those who walked before you. Not a verdict. Not a hidden diagnosis. Only an invitation to listen.
Movement can become a kind of attention: a turning of the spine, a palm against the floor, a breath allowed to finish. Stillness can speak as well, when it is chosen, when the body feels safe enough to stay.
This temple of bone and blood does not need to be unlocked. It asks for patience, for gentleness, for wonder without demand.
And God? God is the name I give to the quiet astonishment of being alive inside these ribs, briefly, fully, here.
Take a moment before choosing what comes next.
